Application: L-malic is an important nature organic acid. It is an ideal additive in foodstuff and is widely distributed in vegetable and fruit. It is used as an acid for acid drink, wine, fruit juice, soda water and various soft drinking, also as a color stabilizer and adjuster of acidity for fruit processing.
